The information may include First Name, Last Name, E-Mail ID, Gender, Date of Birth, City, State, Country, Mobile number, Address, Profile Picture etc. for all category of Users. In case of Student User, additional details pertaining to the Parents shall be required. In addition to the above, You may be requested to furnish additional details as may be deemed necessary for facilitating an unhindered access and use of the Website and other associated applications, products, websites and services.

The aforesaid information collected from the You could be categorized as “Personal Information” and “Sensitive Personal Information. Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information (each as individually defined under Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules”)) read with the applicable provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which shall collectively be referred to as “Information” in this Policy.

In addition, We also capture the start time, end time and duration of each activity undertaken on the Website and the other associated applications, products, websites and services managed by Us.We also collect information pertaining to various qualitative and quantitative metrics, including but not limited to time spent on various features, modules, digital books, e-books, learning elements etc. performance on various Quiz/ Tests based on content coverage and learning outcomes, performance on various assessments and assignments etc.Such information may be collected at our end or by way of third-party tools that we have subscribed to provide us useful information in order to make the Website more user friendly and accessible. As is true of most website operators, We also collect other relevant information as per the permissions that You provide in Your internet browser settings.

We use the collected information to analyse trends, to conduct research, to administer the Services, to learn about each user's learning patterns and movements around the Services and to gather demographic information and usage behaviour about our user base as a whole.

We may use the individual data and behaviour patterns combined with Personal Information to provide You with personalized content, and better Your learning objectives. We may at times provide aggregate statistics about Our customers, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable Third parties, however this information when disclosed will be in an aggregate form and does not contain any of Your personally identifiable information.

Teachers may collect and user information pertaining to the Students win the areas like attendance, student responses to assessments and assignments etc. All the Users shall have access to the module containing doubts and responses thereof.

The Parents shall have access to certain data of the User (Student) collected and presented with analysis in the dashboard. These data is presented with the objective that the Parents shall be able to view and monitor the progress of the Student, on similar lines of Teachers and Schools.

On similar lines, the School administration and management (including School Principal) may have access to the aforesaid data and are permitted to use the data only for authorised purposes.

Teachers, School administration and School Principal may have the rights and access to download User data only for authorised purposes.

In addition, we also analyse the Information collected to provide performance and usage analytics during the course of access of the Website and application, products and Our Services.

Aggregated and individual, anonymized and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to help Us improve the Website and application, products and Our Services. We will share Your information with Third parties only in the ways that are described below in this Policy.

Third parties provide certain services which We may use to analyse the data and information to personalize, drive insights and help Us better your experience or reach out to You with more value-added applications, products, information and services. However, these Third party companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
